I love my sweet Susanna so much and am amazed every day by how fast she is growing up. Not only has she gained a few inches over the last year, she has grown up spiritually (preparing her baptism) and emotionally(she has overcome a lot of her anxiety and stage fright.) as well. Her warm smile, beautiful voice and loving heart continue to endear her to her family and friends. She is a great girl scout, a fabulous student and a caring sister.
For her birthday we had our Ohio Framily over for cake, ice cream and presents. She requested a dolphin cake. After acing a school report on bottle nose dolphins she is an expert on the marine mammal. I used fondant, for the firs time, to make the dolphin and hand painted it with food coloring gel and glitter to make it look “slick”. It got her stamp of approval.
She has had her heart set on getting the Kit American Girl doll and her wish came true. She loves her so much and I know she will take good care of her.
For her birthday adventure we went to the Cincinatti Zoo with the Jenkins. We had a great time and Susanna even got a special birthday present from the gift shop!
