Filling up a swimming pool is against the law? What do you do? Move!
The drought is so bad here in TX that you can't even water your lawn or wash your car on your own property. If they caught you with even a kiddie pool you would be fined hundreds of dollars. We need rain crazy bad!
"summer" made me smile. It's the same way here, just because the rest of the world starts to cool down after labor day doesn't meen you have to close the pool here when it's going to be hot for two more months. Come on people!
