The girls favorite Johnson cousin invited them to walk in the 24th of July Children’s parade with her Stake. It was hot but they did a great job walking the whole way and got to be on TV.
After the parade we spent the afternoon at the Children’s Carnival. The girls got to do everything from arts and crafts, woodworking, fishing pond and face painting.
On the 24th of July we woke up early and went downtown for the big parade. We had bleacher seats courtesy of my Brother in Law who’s father is the parade chair. We sat next to Elder Perry and his family. It was a great parade!
